Scope
The policy and procedures form the basis of the group-based RTRS program. It is an integral component of the certification program that Regenesus Commodities Limited farmers follow to produce soybean in compliance with:
- RTRS (Round Table on Responsible Soy) Standard
- EU Organic Regulation
- NOP (USDA National Organic Program)
- USCOEA
- Non-GMO RTRS Requirements
Group Description
The Internal Control System (ICS) of Regenesus Commodities Limited consists of farmers cultivating land across the following districts of Northern Uganda: Amuru, Nwoya, Gulu, Omoro, and Pader.
All participating farmers operate under the company’s established Internal Control System while producing RTRS-compliant soybean. Farmers primarily practice natural and traditional farming methods and have not used prohibited materials.
Regenesus Commodities Limited provides continuous technical and compliance support including:
- ✔Implementation of the Internal Control System (ICS)
- ✔Farmer training and capacity building
- ✔Internal inspections and compliance monitoring
- ✔Risk assessment and mitigation planning
- ✔Procurement and traceable marketing of produce
- ✔Development and maintenance of certification documentation
- ✔Risk-based random sampling of soil and soybean products
Policy of Commitment to Responsible Soy Production
Regenesus Commodities Limited, headquartered in Kampala, Uganda, operates with the mission to promote governance on the agricultural frontier and balance human dignity, food production, and environmental conservation.

- 5.Apply Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) in soybean cultivation to ensure responsible and sustainable production.
